THE JOB:

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for all aspects of daily restaurant operations for Beau Rivage's Italian venue, Stalla.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Own, lead, and oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, & performance of the restaurant service staff; complying with collective bargaining agreements.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure a seamless service experience between the kitchen and dining room.

  • Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.

  • Execute and develop marketing strategies to produce both short-term and long-term profitability.

  • Responsible for leading the team to achieve the operational and financial goals of the venue by the execution of policies, operating procedures, pricing initiatives, training programs, directives, menus, inventory control, rules, and regulations for the restaurant staff.

  • Has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Has 2+ years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
