THE JOB:

As a Hair Stylist, you have the chance to deliver exceptional service while also maximizing your earning potential with a commission rate of 40% plus additional service charges. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer product recommendations.
• Provide services including but not limited to haircuts, blowouts, updos, and chemical services with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
• Consistently provide a positive guest experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Valid Cosmetology License in the State of Mississippi.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about our brand.
• Confident with their skill set.
• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
