Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • SAP and manufacturing/safety procedures knowledge.
  • 3+ years of HR/business administration experience (specifically in the onboarding, orientation, and payroll process).

Human Resources Trainer Job Description

  • Develop and facilitate training programs.
  • Identify orientation/training needs.
  • Collaborate with department managers and the finance department.
  • Assist with payroll.
  • Remain up-to-date on labor laws and other HR regulations.
