  • Estimated annual base pay: $119,000.00 - 148,500.00 (midpoint) - 178,000.00

If you're aIT Business Systems Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you.The IT Business Systems Manager provides leadership and helps lead system design efforts to ensure execution of strategies and alignment with business objectives.This individual will oversee planning, implementation and tracking of projects from start to finish by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet business needs.

What you will be doing...

  • Responsible for staffing, training, mentoring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and succession planning

  • Reviews proposals for system enhancements with Process Owners, System Analysts, and key members. Responsible for assigning appropriate resources for approved projects.

  • Provides leadership and guidance to members of thestaff when working on major projects and when working with Process Owners

  • Leading/Managing ERP Analysts supporting SAP and a home-grown ERP WISE

What We Are Looking For...

  • Strong information technology experience along with business systems analysis, and design preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Systems experience, supporting global projects involving numerous locations required.

  • Management experience required

  • Four year college degree required, preferably in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Business Administration

  • SAP configuration experience required
