Job Description

We are looking for a Shoe Repair Specialist to work 5:00am -3:30pm Monday through Thursday(Four 10-hour days), with an optional half hour nonpaid lunch break. There is mandatory overtime up to 55 hours a week, and mandatory overtime is anticipated to be in place longer term.

Apply technical skills to effectively repair shoes that meet customer expectations as well as personal and departmental performance objectives for safety, quality, cost, service and people.

Qualifications

We will train for all positions, no previous experience required. Basic qualifications include ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds, frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp, work in a fast paced environment and work effectively as a team. Previous experience in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, carpentry or other manufacturing may be helpful but is not required.
